The Grand Holland Estate is a true Southern belle! Opened in 2000, this wondrous 10,000 sq. ft mansion is set on six wooded acres and exudes beauty from every corner—ornate moldings adorning the walls & floors, crystal chandeliers glittering above grand fluted columns, and period furniture giving off an air of history.
The showstopper, though? A Gone with the Wind style staircase leading up to meet its balcony wrapped around the incredible gathering room at 2,000 square feet --the perfect space for almost any event imaginable-from romantic getaways to weddings accommodating 250 people or more!

EXECUTIVE CHEF
Native to Las Vegas, Executive Chef Beau Demato developed a passion for food. Beau has a diverse style of cooking and creating unique flavor pallets. He started his career as a Sous Chef for Trumpets Anthem Country Club in 2000, bringing him to the state known for its diverse food culture, New York. After 13 years working in New York, Beau fell in love with South Carolina and became a part of our Grand Holland family. His passion for the culinary arts drove him to develop our one-of-a-kind menu with his touch of diverse flavors.

My name is Megan Wilburn. I love to create and host. I’ve always loved creating parties and get-togethers that people can come to and leave feeling like they just had the best time ever. I’ve always wanted to take my gift of hospitality and do more than just simple parties. As the owner of the Grand Holland Estate, I get to create unforgettable moments unique to your special day.
